Serve Staffing is a specialist employment business, which supplies to care homes, hospitals and other healthcare clients in West Yorkshire with highly trained nurses, social workers, care assistants, support workers and more.

Our Leadership
At Serve Staffing Limited, we benefit from our excellent and compassionate leadership. Maria Nafah, our company director, is a committed and experienced healthcare professional with over a decade’s experience in the healthcare sector. Currently operating as a Registered Nurse, Maria maintains experience working as a Community Staff Nurse, providing compassionate and empathetic care for clients within their homes, care homes, and supported living accommodations. Maria currently possesses an MSc in Adult Nursing from Edge Hill University in the UK. Before discovering their passion for the healthcare service, Maria pursued a degree in Business Studies which equipped them with extensive knowledge of business and human resource management.
